The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of Charles Bridge. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to visit within walking distance.

One small breakfast option that could be improved is the variety of fresh fruit available.

The hotel was excellently located, near major attractions and right in the center of the city. The room was well appointed with comfortable bedding, and the bathroom had heated floors and a great shower. the breakfast was ample and delicious, with plenty of options.

The housekeeping was subpar, and the room was not always as clean as we would have liked.

Fairly clean hotel, gorgeous breakfast, the location is top near to the Charles Bridge and the old town.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Hotel was clean and quiet with welcoming staff and awesome location close to everything. Loved staying at the family room with comfortable bed and great bathroom, for instance. The atmosphere created was family. The food was fantastic and the bar was nice.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of all the action. The location was perfect, right in the old town, with famous landmarks just a short walk away. The staff here provided top-notch service, always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with elegant hallways and spacious rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service, making my arrival and departure hassle-free.

This hotel is in the heart of all the action, right in the old town. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning and good en-suite shower facilities. I really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the nice L'Occitaine toiletries provided in the bathroom. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great egg station where you can get omelettes made to order.

We had a fantastic three-day holiday at Residence U Malvaze. The double windows in the bedrooms provided a peaceful sleep in the heart of the Old Town. The beds were therapeutic and I woke up without any back pain. The included breakfast buffet had a wide selection and high quality. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out. The location was unparalleled, with easy access to Charles Bridge and the Old Town.

The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing. My room was large and comfy. Despite the restaurant located under the hotel room, it was well soundproofed. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Great location in the heart of the city close to popular attractions and easy to access from the airport. The staff is friendly and welcoming, offering refreshing homemade drinks upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean with good-sized bathrooms and comfortable beds. A delicious continental breakfast with good coffee is available. This hotel was a gem. Location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the Old Town near Charles Bridge. Cleanliness was great, and the breakfast was definitely worth waking up for. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including champagne. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to hold our bags before check-in and after check-out. The location was excellent and easily accessible, being situated near the heart of the city and next to the Charles Bridge. The hotel rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, with daily housekeeping. We received a key for after-hours entry, which was convenient for exploring the city at night.

The staff, except for the manager, were friendly and cute. I had an unpleasant experience with my money at the central station, and one of the receptionists was kind and understanding. He even gave me breakfast for free to help improve my impression of the city, which I really appreciated. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying here again in the future.

The room we were given did not match what we had booked, and it took a lot of arguing with the manager to be switched to a better room. The towels in the room were not changed daily and some of them had holes in them, not what I expected from a four-star hotel.
